Context
plstr. is a digital marketing B2B agency that helps companies improve how they work with marketing and sales. The agency focuses on using AI and data to create better campaigns and processes, always with the goal of reaching more people and getting real results.

Most companies come to us with the same problem: they are spending time and money on marketing, but the results aren’t good enough. Their ads are too expensive, their emails are not being read, and they’re missing chances to turn leads into real customers. Many also don’t have time to follow up with every lead properly; or they don’t know how to do it in a way that feels personal. They need a way to fix this, without making everything more complicated.

Process

I start by looking at each client’s current setup: where their traffic comes from, how they follow up with leads, and how well things are working. I use AI tools to understand which leads are more likely to become customers and what kind of content gets more attention.

Then, I create a clear plan: which ads to improve, which audiences to focus on, how to follow up better, and where AI can help save time. Together with the client, we agree on goals and get to work.

After that, here’s what I usually do:

  • Use AI to learn more about each lead, so we can send emails that feel more personal and relevant.

  • Improve email workflows inside HubSpot and Lemlist. That means setting up emails that are sent at the right time, with the right message, based on how each lead behaves.

  • Fix paid ad campaigns, mostly on Google and LinkedIn. I test different versions of ads and focus the budget on what works best.

  • Help sales and marketing work better together, especially when it comes to following up with the right people.

  • Make sure our content also shows up in tools like ChatGPT, by Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Throughout the process, I check the results and adjust what’s needed. I also share simple reports so the client knows what’s happening and what’s improving.

Solution

With this kind of setup, things change quickly. Emails get opened more often. People click and reply. Leads don’t get lost anymore; they are followed up with in a smart and helpful way. Ads start to bring in better leads, not just more clicks.

And with the help of AI, we save time while making everything more personal.
